Two rules run this site. First, if it's about the medication — what a GLP-1 does, who it's not for, what the trials actually found — we don't wing it from memory. Every one of those claims gets checked against FDA labels and published trial data. We're moms, not clinicians, so on the clinical stuff we stick to what the label and the studies say, plainly.

Second, if it's about the experience — the part we're actually here to report — we walk it ourselves. For each provider we open the public signup funnel and click through what any visitor would see. And we stop where a real customer would have to commit: we don't create accounts, enter medical information, or check out. That means we tell you what the public funnel shows and we never fabricate a personal weight-loss result, because we didn't run one. Honest reporting beats a made-up before-and-after every time.

Provider facts — pricing, states served, which medications are offered — reflect what each provider disclosed publicly when we last walked it. The Mom-Tested Score is one mom's editorial judgment, applied identically to every provider. We disclose site-wide that any provider we list may pay us, and that never changes where a provider lands.

Telehealth prices and coverage change constantly, so we re-walk entries and fix what's out of date — and when we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and say so. None of this replaces your own clinician — see our medical disclaimer and disclosure.
